Getting Ship Shape - Deck Dancing and Rowing the Dinghy
Dance to the first three songs on the play list, slowly to the first song, a little faster to the second and full jumping to the third. Follow this with “rowing the dinghy”, a strength exercise that can be done with a stretchy band or by lowering your own body weight while holding on to sturdy handles. Finish the session with a slow, easy cha cha to the last song.
